I have a Gavita product with problems. What should I do?


First thing you should do is contact the store you bought it from. The reseller should be able to give you support and handle your warranty claim if necessary: your sales slip gives you in most cases 3 years warranty, for lamps this is one year. 

If the store can not help you then the local distributor will. Their staff is trained to support the Gavita products. If everything fails you can always count on us to help you with accurate and fast support, mostly within a business day.
